Apple Update: Apple maintains it’s not liable for discrimination, yet yesterday, they proposed offering me 2 years’ worth of cash compensation to walk away. I said no.
I will not walk away without a public apology and a commitment to improve hiring for disabled and neurodevelopmental candidates.
Apple led me on, stating that this was an option, yet they chose to ignore the Tribunal’s mediation attempts after forcibly converting our lawful hearing into mediation.
I will be out of savings soon, unable to work, irradiated by this. But I will not sell my right to what I believe is justice.
This situation has been nothing but Kafkaesque, and the internal emails, recordings, comments, and discrimination, I believe, will shock people.
I regret not releasing this sooner, in the public interest of justice.
